In the SIPB-GROUP we focus on fair, transparent and legal employment, in accordance with Polish and Dutch law.
We offer a stable job with an international transport company operating in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. The company is headquartered in two countries ( Poland- the Netherlands ).

Form of employment

Employment is on the basis of employment contracts, in one of two forms:

poland agreement - for drivers living in Poland,

Dutch contract (contract naar Nederlands recht) - for drivers resident in the Netherlands.

Each contract is prepared in accordance with the applicable regulations:

with full social, health and pension insurance,

subject to the minimum wage and allowance rules of the collective agreement CAO Transport en Logistiek Nederland (TLN).

Conditions of employment

First 3 months constitute a trial period during which the driver becomes familiar with the fleet and working standards.

After the probationary period, conditions and remuneration are fixed individually, depending on experience, commitment and availability.

Hourly rate: from 15 euro gross upwards, in accordance with CAO regulations, with the possibility of regular increases and allowances for night, weekend and holiday work.

Positions

We employ drivers in a variety of positions, including:

drivers of delivery vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, refrigerated trucks, lifts),

couriers (direct handling of parcel and package deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, also in Germany. 

drivers for palletised freight and express freight.

The courier's work is carried out in compliance with safety rules, working time standards (Arbeidstijdenwet) and breaks required by EU regulations. Each driver receives support in Polish and Dutch.

Fleet and equipment

Each driver has an assigned vehicle Mercedes-Benz, modern, fully operational and regularly serviced.
Our fleet also includes new electric cars, which allow deliveries to be made in environmental zones (LEZ, ULEZ).

We provide:

fuel card,

full vehicle equipment (belts, anti-slip mats, GPS)

possibility to park the car near the residence („car to home”). By prior arrangement.

Organisation of work

The schedule is set individually, taking into account the preferences of the driver - possible work on a day or night basis.

We provide timely payments, a coordinator, support with formalities (registration, BSN number, bank account).

The work is carried out in full compliance with the Dutch Drivers' Hours Act (Arbeidstijdenwet) and European road regulations.
