What transport services do you offer?
We carry out transports up to 3.5 t (Mercedes-Benz fleet): with loading lift, refrigerated, Sprinter Long and ADR transports. We also offer express and dedicated transport.
Can I track the status of my transport?
Yes, every transport is monitored, and route and temperature reports (in cold stores) are available on request.
What type of goods do you transport?
From parcels and e-commerce shipments, to furniture, industrial equipment, car parts and building materials, to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and ADR cargo.
In what area do you operate?
We serve the whole of Europe, with particular emphasis on Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, the Czech Republic and Denmark.
Do you hold an international transport licence?
Yes. We hold a Community Licence issued by the General Inspectorate of Road Transport, entitling us to transport throughout the European Union.
How do I order transport?
Simply fill in the quotation form on our website or send an email to: kontakt@sipb-group.com.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
We normally respond within 30-60 minutes of receiving an enquiry (including weekends).
What data is needed for a transport quote?
Date of loading, loading and unloading address, dimensions and weight of the goods, type of vehicle and whether the transport is one-off or cyclical.
How do you secure the goods being transported?
All loads are secured with straps and anti-slip mats. Our vehicles are equipped with certified lashings and GPS.
Are your vehicles monitored?
Yes. Each vehicle is equipped with a GPS system, so we can track the route in real time.
Is the transport insured?
Yes. We have full OCP and OCS insurance covering the whole of the European Union.
Do you transport ADR (dangerous) goods?
Yes, we have ADR-certified vehicles and drivers.
How long does international transport take?
Depending on the country, from 12 to 72 hours. We even carry out express transport in 24 hours.
Is it possible to track a parcel online?
Yes, we provide a link to real-time tracking on request.
What if there is a delay or problem on the route?
The dispatch team is available 24/7 and contacts the customer immediately in the event of any changes.
Do you issue EU VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices with an EU VAT number, in line with EU regulations.
Can you pay in euros?
Yes. We accept payments in PLN and EUR - by bank transfer or online.
Do you offer long-term partnerships for companies?
Yes. For regular orders, we offer individual conditions and discounts.
Do you employ drivers from Poland and Belgium?
Yes, we work with drivers from Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands - we offer legal employment and competitive rates.
How do I apply for a job?

Can I become a subcontractor or shipping partner?
Yes, we welcome hauliers with their own buses and licence.
Do you provide storage or handling services?
Yes, we have logistics facilities for short and long-term storage of goods. ( service available from March 2026)
Can I send a small parcel or a single pallet?
Yes, we carry out both full truckload (FTL) and partial truckload (LTL) transport.
What vehicles do you have in your fleet?
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter L4H4, refrigerated trucks, lifts, vans up to 3.5t - all modern, meeting EURO6 standards. SIPB-GROUP also has a fleet of electric vehicles, which allows it to adapt its transport to customer requirements, local regulations and low-emission zones (LEZ, ULEZ).
