This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data of users using the website

hereinafter referred to as „the Administrator”,
and by its subsidiary company registered in the Netherlands - the

hereinafter referred to as „Dutch Branch”.
The administrator complies with the rules under the law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data (RODO), as well as the relevant national laws in Poland and the Netherlands.
2 Scope of data processing
- name,
- e-mail address, telephone number,
- company identification data (name, VAT number, address),
- data on transport orders (e.g. routes, vehicle registration numbers, shipper and consignee data),
- details of drivers, contractors and contacts,
- IP address and technical data (cookies, server logs).
Data shall only be processed to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes referred to in point 3.
3 Purposes of data processing
- implementation of transport and forwarding services,
- preparation and handling of commercial contracts, orders, invoices and settlements,
- contact with clients and contractors,
- recruiting employees and drivers,
- providing security (GPS vehicle monitoring, alarm systems),
- the handling of contact forms on the website,
- marketing and information activities relating to the company's activities (only with the consent of the data subject).
4 Legal basis for processing
- Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA - for the purpose of performing a contract or taking steps prior to the conclusion of a contract,
- Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA - in order to comply with the Administrator's legal obligations,
- Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO - in order to pursue the Administrator's legitimate interests (e.g. protection of property, debt collection, business analysis),
- Article 6(1)(a) RODO - on the basis of the data subject's consent (e.g. newsletter, contact form).
5 Transmission of data
Personal data may be transferred:
- a subsidiary of the SIPB-Group B.V. in the Netherlands,
- forwarding, logistics and insurance companies cooperating with the Administrator,
- drivers, subcontractors and contractors to the extent necessary for the execution of orders,
- to providers of IT, accounting, legal and consultancy services,
- to public administration bodies if this is required by law.
The transfer of data between Poland and the Netherlands takes place within the European Union, in compliance with the principles of the RODO.
The controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
6 Data retention period
- for the duration of the contract and billing,
- for the period resulting from tax and accounting regulations,
- until your consent is withdrawn (in the case of processing based on consent),
- until the statute of limitations for claims arising from the contract or legal relationship.
7 Rights of data subjects
- access and obtain a copy of their data,
- rectification of data,
- request the deletion of data („right to be forgotten”),
- limitation of processing,
- transfer of data to another controller,
- to object to the processing of data,
- to withdraw consent at any time (if the data is processed on the basis of such consent).
